Carmel Kelly and Rich Huebler acquire Skarie Inc., a Baltimore, Maryland-based woodworking machinery dealer founded around 1950. Originally a family-owned business, Skarie supplied woodworking machinery, tools, and industrial equipment to manufacturers throughout the region.

Skarie Inc. partners with MultiCam to begin selling CNC machinery, becoming the official MultiCam Technology Center for Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey.

Skarie Inc. acquires Damon Automation, expanding its MultiCam territory through Maine. Scott Grady, now Vice President, joins the company. Skarie Inc. transitions to Northeast CNC Technologies (dba MultiCam East), creating one of the largest MultiCam distributors in the Northeast.

Emily Bencie, daughter of founder Carmel Kelly and the current President of Northeast CNC Technologies, joins the company. Her leadership and vision help drive continued growth, strategic expansion, and the evolution of the business.

MultiCam East relocates its headquarters from Baltimore, Maryland, to Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, while opening a state-of-the-art 6,500-square-foot demonstration facility in nearby Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Cutting Edge Machinery Sales LLC is established as the exclusive distributor of HSG Fabrication equipment from Maryland to Maine. Xact Cut Services LLC is also launched, providing full-service CNC cutting solutions.

MultiCam East officially rebrands as Northeast CNC Technologies. Founders Carmel Kelly and Rich Huebler retire, and employees Emily Bencie and Scott Grady assume ownership, ushering in the next generation of leadership.

Cutting Edge Machinery Sales LLC is fully integrated into Northeast CNC Technologies. The company also forms a strategic partnership with Earlbeck Gases & Technologies, expanding its capabilities across the region.
