I would love the opportunity to give you a glimpse at our past, our present, and our future:
 
In 1989, Rich Huebler, my longtime business partner and friend, and myself purchased Skarie, Inc., a well-known woodworking supply shop in Baltimore, MD. Soon we evolved into a trusted regional supplier of CNC equipment through a long-standing partnership with MultiCam. In 2010, we expanded further, establishing Northeast CNC Technologies, Inc. DBA MultiCam East to serve the entire northeast territory with advanced CNC solutions.
 
What began with CNC routers has grown into a full suite of cutting-edge technology, including CNC routers, fiber and CO₂ lasers, knife cutting machines, press brakes, shears, welders, tube benders, aluminum saws, metal sanders, waterjets, and beam saws. Throughout this growth, our mission has always remained the same: treat the customer the way you’d want to be treated.
 
After nearly three decades of leadership, Rich and I will retire at the end of 2025. The next chapter of the company will be led by two trusted team members: Scott Grady, with over 15 years of experience leading sales and service in New England, and Emily Bencie- my daughter- who has spent 7 years supporting customers and preparing for a smooth transition.
 
As part of this exciting change, on July 1, 2025, MultiCam East will return to its original corporate name, Northeast CNC Technologies, Inc. This reflects the company’s evolution and broad range of solutions, while keeping the same dedicated team, values, and commitment to customer success.
 
For more than three decades, we’ve been honored to grow alongside our customers—and we look forward to continuing that legacy of innovation, service, and trusted partnerships.
